Instalink is a cloud hosted data processing and automation application. You, the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable, is granted online access to the service for the duration of your subscription. You will be provided with the following services as part of your subscription.
Your Instalink subscription begins at the time when you successfully complete the sign up process and create an Instalink account. The subscription is auto-renewed on a monthly basis unless you cancel the subscription.
The trial period is the first 30 days of the subscription. You are not charged for access to the Instalink service during the trial period.
After the trial period concludes, you will be charged monthly at a rate of $50 per cloud hosted server instance. By default, trial accounts have only one cloud hosted server instance. You may upgrade your service at any time after the trial period concludes by adding more cloud hosted servers to your hosting plan. You may also upgrade to private hosting for $250 per privately hosted server. Modifications to the hosting plan are pro-rated according to the amount of time during the billing period that the additional hosting services are active. For the subscription to remain active, there must be at least one cloud hosted instance per account.
You will receive one email reminder 7 days before your trial period ends. This email will remind you of the upcoming charge at the end of the trial period to allow you the opportunity to cancel the subscription without charge if you so choose.
You may cancel your Instalink subscription at any time. A subscription that is cancelled during the trial period will result in the immediate termination of your Instalink services and your user access to these services. Upon cancellation of a subscription that is no longer in the trial period, access to the subscription and the services contained therein will be terminated on the subsequent billing date. The subscription is prepaid through the billing period and there are no pro-rated refunds due to early cancellation of the subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Instalink admin panel found at https://admin.instalink.io. Log in to the admin panel and then click on the Billing tab on the left. Then on that page, find the billing record for your account and click "Manage Subscription". You will be redirected to your subcription management portal. The "Cancel Subscription" button is featured prominently on this page.
Instalink will allow a one billing cycle grace period for subscriptions that are unpaid due to the inability to collect funds. This situation could occur, if for example, your credit card payment is declined. You will receive notices via email in the event that we are unable to collect payment. Your account subscription and allocated services will be terminated 30 days after the first failed attempt to collect funds if Instalink is unable to collect payment during this time. Any outstanding payments must be collected before the subscription and associated services may be reinstated. If you cancel your subscription while your account is in the non-payment grace period, your services will terminate at the time you cancel and not at the end of the billing cycle.
You will be billed once per month. The date you will be billed will be the same every month and will correspond to the date which the subscription began. So if you signed up and created your account on the 5th of the month, you will be billed on the 5th of every subsequent month.
